robots.txt とかにそういったポリシーが書ければいいのかな。いまいち汎用的なのが思いつかないし、目的がはっきり分けられないこともあるだろうけど。目的以外にも、機械的にアクセスするときはこれくらいの頻度にしてね、とか…？
